Directionless high school student Casey (Justin Noland) decides that he would like to be a serial killer--but first he has to do some research. He finds an ally in Sasha (Lisa Loeb), a suicidal goth girl who would love to be his first victim, and together they begin to study the work of the world's more infamous psychopaths.
