A man struggles to overcome the murder of his parents by a brutal serial killer known as the Key Hole Killer, but is in for a surprise himself as the 20-year anniversary of their death rolls around. With the Key Hole Killer back in town to mark his own anniversary, the bereaved son seizes the moment and decides it`s time he avenged the gruesome deaths of his parents.
