This gruesome descent into low-budget horror filmmaking is definitely not for the squeamish, but is good for a laugh, as well as a good scare. A young teenage couple visits a brothel to take care of an unwanted pregnancy; before she knows it, the reluctant girl is drugged, her baby is aborted, and the fetus is flushed down the toilet intact. Resurrected when it comes into contact with toxic waste, the fetus returns to the brothel looking for revenge, wielding razor-sharp claws, a deadly umbilical chord, and a very formidable visage. Turning the brothel into a womb-like cocoon, the inhabitants are trapped inside by a mucus membrane the fetus secretes, leading the innocent teenagers to frantically search for a way out while the others argue incessantly.
