Former European actor Don Martin has taken his dysfunctional family and retired to The Paradise, a remote island that they have all to themselves. After a few years, the family disintegrates into a group of unhappy, spiteful individuals, each with their own agenda. They stick together, though, because of the promise of a treasure that Martin has promised them all. Martin, however, has begun to show signs of mental instability. Is there really a treasure?
