In a scene straight out of a nightmare, a woman finds a human body part inside her Dumpster. This dismal discovery prompts a chain of equally disturbing findings as one urbanite after the next starts spotting dismembered bodies around their beloved city. Nearing desperation, the city puts itself in the hands of two detectives who are confident in their own crime-solving abilities but have yet to prove themselves to their skeptical captain.
